Guiding Question

Turn your idea above into a guiding question.

Check out some resources on how to write a guiding question here.

💡

why are young teens growing with depression and what are some solutions to implement that can stop/reduce depression

📝

FEEDBACK: This is a really strong first draft of a guiding question. However, you could make it even stronger my making sure to be very specific in your question. For example, when you say you want to figure out "what are some solutions to implement that can stop/reduce depression," what group of people are implementing these solutions? I assume that this would look very different if you are a therapist compared to a student, for example.

Was your project meaningful?

Did this project matter? In what ways did it further your knowledge, force you to grow, or provide something useful?

This project matters, because it involves the mental health of teens, and how critical it is that we maintain health and protect those who suffer from disorders like anxiety and depression.

Was your project ambitious?

Given what you already know, did this project challenge you in meaningful ways?

This project challenged me to dig deep into the subject of phycology and how complicated the topic is, and identifying was one of the only solutions we could find for the project.

Was your project deep?

Did your project engage with powerful ideas or tools? Additionally, did you engage with the material in a deep sense (i.e. did you develop ownership over the ideas or tools)? Can you utilize these skills independently now?

This project involves the well being of teens' mental health, so I believe this project can be very important
