The act of reflecting allows you to highlight the accomplishments and applications of your project. (questions courtesy of Powderhouse Studios)
Was your project meaningful?
Did this project matter? In what ways did it further your knowledge, force you to grow, or provide something useful?
My project really expanded my critical thinking skills. I had to analyze something on a granular level which we tend to ignore on the daily; reality. I had to form connections to answer big questions such as βWhy?β I utilized multimedia to construct my own interpretation of reality. (Formulation of theory)
Was your project ambitious?
Given what you already know, did this project challenge you in meaningful ways?
Yes, the project was challenging. Analyzing the fabrication of matter around us, in which we can interact with and gain feedback from, then tying to explain the βWhy,β or explore the possibilities of different realities was thought provoking.
Was your project deep?
Did you project engage with powerful ideas or tools? Additionally, did you engage with the material in a deep sense (i.e. did you develop ownership over the ideas or tools)? Can you utilize these skills independently now?
Yes, the benefit of creating your own theory or paraphrasing ideas, is that in order to do either, you have to have a proficient understanding of the topic, thus your engagement runs quite deep.
