How can I make a colorful local webpage with html/CSS?

  1. To learn CSS and make websites colorful
  2. Learning more about CSS/HTML and how to implement it in a website (not local, just learning more abt how to put it online)
  3. So i can use these skills in other areas where they might become useful

Fonts glitched out and didn't work. Probably error on my part.

Overall I think it went great! Could have added more elements with the time I had though.
